We operate on a full-to-full fuel policy:

  • The vehicle is provided with a full tank and should be returned full.
  • A refueling fee applies if the tank is not full upon return.

Yes digital driver’s licenses are accepted. Are not allowed Temporary licenses or license Photocopy.

Our main office and pick up points are operated during regular business hours. After-hours pick-up and drop-off are available upon request, with additional fees for late-night or early-morning services.

Deposits, Fees, and Policies

The €120 deposit, covers:

  • Fuel discrepancies if the vehicle is not returned full.
  • Very dirty car and interior.
  • Traffic fines or parking charges.
  • Negligence-related damages (e.g., lost keys, wrong fuel, interior damage).
  • Unauthorized driving in restricted areas (e.g., Balos Cape, Seitan Limania).


The deposit is fully refundable if no extra charges apply.

If damage occurs under Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) the full security deposit will be withheld.

Vehicle Use and Restrictions

No, saltwater damage is considered negligence and is not covered. To avoid charges, ensure you are dry before entering the vehicle after swimming.

No, off-road driving is strictly prohibited. Driving on sand, dirt roads, or rocky areas (e.g., Balos Cape, Kedrodassos) voids insurance coverage.

No, smoking is prohibited. Smoke odors or burns will result in a cleaning and damage fee.
